- In the Online Account Options screen, enter your Email address and password. You may have a link once you’ve logged in. User names, passwords, and email accounts can all be changed.
- Click to enter your preferred new user name or password and change it.
- If you are unable to log in after clicking the Sing-in button, it is possible that you have supplied an erroneous username or password. In such a situation, you must select either “I forgot my password” or “I lost my email address” and follow the on-screen instructions.
